Terms of service
The ground rules for using Muzeum during the founding beta.
Version 1.0 · Effective July 20, 2026
What Muzeum is today
Muzeum (the "Service") is a cinematic portfolio and client-presentation builder in founding beta. Right now it is a public demo: the studio is a sandbox that saves to your own browser, the media you see comes from labeled sample collections, and there are no production accounts, uploads, or payments. These terms are written for that reality.
Agreeing to these terms
By using the Service you agree to these terms and to the acceptable use policy linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Provided as-is during beta
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" while in beta. Features may change, pause, or disappear without notice, and we do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for beta use.
Your content stays yours
You retain full ownership of anything you submit to the Service — today that means messages sent through our forms, and in the future it will include media you upload. You grant us only a limited, revocable license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service for you. The license ends when the content is deleted.
Acceptable use
What may be submitted to or published through Muzeum is governed by our acceptable use policy, linked at the bottom of this page. It applies to everything you send us now and to anything you publish once creator publishing is live.
No paid plans yet
Muzeum does not currently offer paid plans, subscriptions, or purchases of any kind. Nothing on the Service will bill you. Any pricing described on the site refers to planned offerings; payment terms will be added to these terms before anything is sold.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or block access that violates these terms or the acceptable use policy, or that harms the Service or other people. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as content ownership and liability limits — survive termination.
Changes to these terms
We will update these terms as the product grows — including a full review by counsel before paid plans launch. When we do, the version number and effective date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be flagged here before they take effect.
